Ink mixing station

One of the most advanced Ink Mixing Stations in CEE is currently operating in Dunav Press JSC. Using a complex of sophisticated software and specific equipment, the Station performs all main technological operations including analysing of customer colours and colours from Colour Guides, synthesis of inks with colours defined, generating ink recipes, printing colour proofs on real print run substrates, automatic dosing & dispensing of ink components and tuning of viscosity and intensity of inks.
By means of one special option in the formulating software the Station reworks ink leftovers, which gives us benefits, minimizes the waste and improves the overall ecological conformity of our printing process.
