As a long-established tenet known truth that the companies must do everything to achieve satisfaction of their customers ... if they wants to survive and succeed in business, they needs to implement in any process and operation that what the customer requires. Not by chance a number of international standards stated in their texts nothing else, namely: companies management to perform one main goal - complete focus on customer needs and expectations and adjustment processes so that they have to give a quality product or service exactly as expectations of the contracting authority.
With satisfaction we can point out that these truths are known and realized long ago by workers and management of the company Dunav press JSC. Proof of this is that in 1997 the company first among the other printing houses in the country was certified by international standard ISO 9000. Realized need for comprehensive management processes, as well as the extraction of reliable data management make investments in equipment and technology and equipped laboratory technology kontrol. The laboratory worked in several directions. One of these is the incoming control of the printing materials. Incoming control of the printing materials, that apply inspection and measurement of any provider material is using to determine whether these materials to use in production or claims to be brought.
